Title: PLAYROOM MAT HAVING MULTI-LAYERED STRUCTURE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a playroom mat having a multi-layered structure, consisting: a lower foam resin layer; an upper foam resin layer; an air cushion layer; an adhesion layer; and a cover. The lower foam resin layer is formed in a flat plate type, contains, with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyethylene, 1-10 parts by weight of inorganic powder in which red clay and monazite are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-2, has a polyethylene foaming magnification of 40-50 times, and has a thickness of 3-15 mm. The upper foam resin layer is formed in a flat plate type and formed on the top of the lower foam resin layer. The air cushion layer is provided between the lower foam resin layer and the upper foam resin layer, and has a plurality of air caps which protrude upwards and downwards on the upper surface and lower surface thereof. The adhesion layer is formed between the lower foam resin layer and the air cushion layer and between the upper foam resin layer and the air cushion layer, and is configured to bond the lower foam resin layer to the air cushion layer and bond the upper foam resin layer to the air cushion layer. The cover is provided to cover a first cushion layer which is formed of the lower foam resin layer, the upper foam resin layer, the air cushion layer and the adhesion layer, and is made of a fabric material.
