Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an intelligent towing service intermediation method comprising the steps of: (a) receiving a service request including location information and towing destination information from a terminal of a towing service user; (b) subdividing a route section between a departure and a destination into a plurality of element sections according to whether a service is provided for free and/or the availability of a service, and mapping different towing service providers to each element section so as to generate a cost-effective route plan for supporting a towing relay service; (c) transmitting towing command information to towing service providers assigned according to the cost-effective route plan; and (d) transmitting information on the cost-effective route plan to the terminal of the towing service user.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'intermédiation de service de remorquage intelligent comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) recevoir une demande de service comportant des informations de localisation et des informations de destination de remorquage en provenance d'un terminal d'un utilisateur de service de remorquage; (b) subdiviser une section de route entre un départ et une destination en une pluralité de sections d'élément selon qu'un service est fourni gratuitement et/ou en fonction de la disponibilité d'un service, et mettre en correspondance différents prestataires de service de remorquage avec chaque section d'élément de sorte à générer un plan de route rentable pour prendre en charge un service de relais de remorquage; (c) transmettre des informations de commande de remorquage à des prestataires de service de remorquage attribués en fonction du plan de route rentable; et (d) transmettre des informations concernant le plan de route rentable au terminal de l'utilisateur de service de remorquage.
(KO) 본 발명은 (a) 견인 서비스 이용자의 단말기로부터 위치 정보 및 견인 목적지 정보를 포함하는 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계; (b) 출발지와 목적지 사이의 경로 구간을 무상 서비스 여부 및/또는 서비스 가용성에 따라 복수개의 요소 구간으로 세분화하고 상기 요소 구간별로 서로 다른 견인 서비스 제공자를 매핑하여 릴레이 방식의 견인 서비스를 지원하는 코스트 이펙티브 경로 플랜을 생성하는 단계; (c) 상기 코스트 이펙티브 경로 플랜에 따라 지정된 견인 서비스 제공자들에게 견인 지령 정보를 전송하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 코스트 이펙티브 경로 플랜 정보를 상기 견인 서비스 이용자의 단말기에 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 지능형 견인 서비스 중개 방법을 개시한다.
