Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a communication technique for converging a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data rate beyond a 4G system with an IoT technology, and a system therefor. The present invention may be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail, security and safety-related service, and the like) on the basis of a 5G communication technology and an IoT-related technology. A communication method for a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: transmitting a RAT discovery request message to a base station through a CDCH; receiving, from the base station, a RAT discovery response message and system information associated with the RAT; and receiving, from the base station, a UE-specific configuration message through a resource area configured according to the system information.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technique de communication permettant de faire converger un système de communication 5G pour prendre en charge un débit de données plus élevé qu'un système 4G avec une technologie de l'Internet des objets, ainsi qu'un système associé. La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents (par exemple, domicile intelligent, immeuble intelligent, ville intelligente, voiture intelligente ou connectée, soins de santé, éducation numérique, vente au détail, service lié à la sécurité et la sûreté et autres) sur la base d'une technologie de communication 5G et d'une technologie relative à l'Internet des objets. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un procédé de communication destiné à un terminal peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : transmettre un message de demande de découverte de RAT à une station de base par l'intermédiaire d'un CDCH; recevoir, en provenance de la station de base, un message de réponse de découverte RAT et des informations système associées au RAT; et recevoir, en provenance de la station de base, un message de configuration spécifique à un UE par l'intermédiaire d'une zone de ressources configurée sur la base des informations système.
(KO) 본 발명은 4G 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G 통신 시스템을 IoT 기술과 융합하는 통신 기법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 5G 통신 기술 및 IoT 관련 기술을 기반으로 지능형 서비스 (예를 들어, 스마트 홈, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 시티, 스마트 카 혹은 커넥티드 카, 헬스 케어, 디지털 교육, 소매업, 보안 및 안전 관련 서비스 등)에 적용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 단말의 통신 방법은, 기지국에게 CDCH를 통해 RAT 디스커버리 요청 메시지를 전송하는 단계; 상기 기지국으로부터 RAT 디스커버리 응답 메시지 및 상기 RAT와 관련된 시스템 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 기지국으로부터 상기 시스템 정보에 따라 설정된 자원 영역을 통해 UE-specific configuration 메시지를 수신하는 단계;를 포함를 포함할 수 있다.
