Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of producing a medical material for replacing lost portions of hard tissue, and a medical material produced through same and, more particularly, provides a medical material by pressure forming a bioactive glass powder, then conducting a first heat treatment at a relatively low temperature lower than the glass transition temperature of the bioactive glass, and then processing into a desired shape and conducting a second heat treatment at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the bioactive glass, in order to overcome the low compression strength drawback of hydroxyapatite, which is used as an existing hard tissue replacement material, while enabling the custom production of a desired shape that fits the shape of a lost portion of hard tissue in vivo, minimizing thermal shock, and being able to exhibit bone fusion properties as well.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un matériau médical destiné à remplacer des parties perdues de tissu dur, ainsi qu'un matériau médical produit par l'intermédiaire de ce procédé, et elle concerne plus particulièrement un procédé de production d'un matériau médical comprenant les étapes consistant à : former sous pression une poudre de verre bioactif, puis exécuter un premier traitement thermique à une température relativement basse, inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse du verre bioactif, et ensuite effectuer un traitement de mise en forme dans une forme souhaitée et exécuter un second traitement thermique à une température supérieure à la température de transition vitreuse du verre bioactif, afin de surmonter l'inconvénient de faible résistance à la compression de l'hydroxyapatite qui est utilisée en tant que matériau de remplacement de tissu dur existant, en même temps qu'elle permet la production personnalisée d'une forme souhaitée qui s'adapte à la forme d'une partie perdue d'un tissu dur in vivo, réduit au minimum le choc thermique et est apte à présenter également des propriétés de fusion osseuse.
(KO) 본 발명은 경조직 결손부 대체용 의용재료의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 의용재료에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 생체활성 유리 분말을 가압 성형한 후 생체활성 유리의 유리전이온도 미만의 비교적 저온에서 1차 열처리한 다음, 원하는 형상으로 가공하고 생체활성 유리의 유리전이온도보다 높은 온도에서 2차 열처리함으로써, 기존의 경조직 대체재로 사용되는 하이드록시아파타이트가 낮은 압축강도를 갖는 단점을 극복하면서 이와 동시에 생체내 경조직의 결손부 형상에 맞게 원하는 형상대로 맞춤 제조이 가능하면서 열충격을 최소화하고 골 유합 특성도 발휘할 수 있는 의용재료를 제공하는 것이다.
