Abstract:
(EN) A defibrillator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a high voltage capacitor charged through a battery power source; a ladder bridge circuit connected to one end of the high voltage capacitor; a control unit for controlling an on/off operation of switching elements constituting the ladder bridge circuit, wherein the ladder bridge circuit comprises: a first circuit unit and a second circuit unit, one ends of which are connected to one end of the high voltage capacitor and which are connected in parallel to each other; and a third circuit unit connected in series to the other ends of the first circuit unit and the second circuit unit, wherein the first circuit unit comprises a first switching element having one end connected to the high voltage capacitor and a second switching element connected in series to the other end of the first switching element; the second circuit unit comprises a third switching unit connected to the high voltage capacitor and a fourth switching element connected in series to the other end of the third switching element; and the third circuit unit comprises a fifth switching element and a sixth switching element, one ends of which are connected in parallel to the other ends of the first circuit unit and the second circuit unit.
(FR) Un défibrillateur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un condensateur à haute tension chargé par une source d'alimentation par batterie; un circuit de pontage en échelle connecté à une extrémité du condensateur à haute tension; une unité de commande permettant de commander une opération de marche/arrêt d'éléments de commutation constituant ledit circuit de pontage en échelle. Ledit circuit de pontage en échelle comprend : une première unité de circuit et une deuxième unité de circuit, dont des premières extrémités sont connectées à une extrémité du condensateur à haute tension et qui sont connectées en parallèle l'une à l'autre; et une troisième unité de circuit connectée en série aux autres extrémités de la première unité de circuit et de la deuxième unité de circuit. Ladite première unité de circuit comprend un premier élément de commutation ayant une extrémité connectée au condensateur à haute tension et un deuxième élément de commutation connecté en série à l'autre extrémité du premier élément de commutation; ladite deuxième unité de circuit comprend une troisième unité de commutation connectée au condensateur à haute tension et un quatrième élément de commutation connecté en série à l'autre extrémité du troisième élément de commutation; et ladite troisième unité de circuit comprend un cinquième élément de commutation et un sixième élément de commutation, dont des premières extrémités sont connectées en parallèle aux autres extrémités de la première unité de circuit et de la deuxième unité de circuit.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제세동기는, 배터리의 전원을 통해 충전되는 고압 커패시터, 고압 커패시터의 일단에 연결된 래더 브릿지 회로 및 래더 브릿지 회로를 구성하는 스위칭 소자들의 온/오프(on/off)를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 래더 브릿지 회로는, 고압 커패시터의 일단에, 일단이 연결되며, 서로 병렬로 연결된 제1 회로부와 제2 회로부 및 제1 회로부와 제2 회로부의 타단에 직렬로 연결된 제3 회로부를 포함하며, 제1 회로부는 일단이 고압 커패시터에 연결된 제1 스위칭 소자 및 제1 스위칭 소자의 타단과 직렬로 연결된 제2 스위칭 소자를 포함하고, 제2 회로부는 일단이 고압 커패시터에 연결된 제3 스위칭 소자 및 제3 스위칭 소자의 타단과 직렬로 연결된 제4 스위칭 소자를 포함하며, 제3 회로부는 제1 회로부 및 제2 회로부의 타단에, 일단이 연결되며, 서로 병렬로 연결된 제5 스위칭 소자 및 제6 스위칭 소자를 포함할 수 있다.
