Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a permanent anchor to be used for preventing the collapse of a cut slope at a cutting area of a rock, the ground or the like, or for preventing the collapse of an excavated wall during various public works and, more specifically, comprises: a steel wire fixing part for fixing and coupling tension wires; and a mounting head part extended and deployed by grout injection pressure, such that the mounting head part is coupled to the lower end of the steel wire fixing part, wherein the mounting head part comprises: a moving body operated by the grout injection pressure; and a plurality of anchor wings extended and deployed by the pressure of the moving body. Therefore, since: a front mounting anchor can be immediately withdrawn without interference between an inner surface of an anchor hole and the front mounting anchor when the depth of the anchor hole is insufficient in a step of embedding the front mounting anchor into the bored anchor hole, the front mounting anchor can be embedded again after a re-boring operation is performed, such that operation correction can be simply carried out; the embedded front mounting anchor is firmly embedded into and fixed to the inner wall of the anchor hole while the anchor wings are extended and deployed by the discharge pressure of grout, the fixing force of the front mounting anchor and the mounting force due to the grout are greatly improved such that a peripheral part can be efficiently reinforced by the permanent anchor; and voids, joints or the like in the grout at the front end of the anchor hole is not generated, high-quality construction can be performed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ancrage permanent à utiliser pour prévenir l'affaissement d'une pente coupée au niveau d'une zone de coupe d'une roche, du sol ou analogue, ou pour prévenir l'affaissement d'une paroi creusée pendant divers travaux publics et, plus spécifiquement, comprend : une partie de fixation de câble d'acier pour fixer et accoupler des câbles de tension ; et une partie de tête de montage étendue et déployée par pression d'injection de coulis, de telle sorte que la partie de tête de montage est couplée à l'extrémité inférieure de la partie de fixation de câble d'acier, la partie de tête de montage comprenant : un corps mobile actionné par la pression d'injection de coulis ; et une pluralité d'ailettes d'ancrage étendues et déployées par la pression du corps mobile. Par conséquent, étant donné que : un ancrage de montage avant peut être retiré immédiatement sans interférence entre une surface interne d'un trou d'ancrage et l'ancrage de montage avant lorsque la profondeur du trou d'ancrage est insuffisante dans une étape consistant à incorporer l'ancrage de montage avant dans le trou d'ancrage percé, l'ancrage de montage avant peut être de nouveau incorporé une fois qu'une opération de re-forage est réalisée, de telle sorte qu'une correction d'opération peut être réalisée simplement ; l'ancrage de montage avant intégré est fermement incorporé et fixé à la paroi interne du trou d'ancrage, tandis que les ailettes d'ancrage sont étendues et déployées par la pression de déversement de coulis, la force de fixation de l'ancrage de montage avant et la force de montage due au coulis sont considérablement améliorées de telle sorte qu'une partie périphérique peut être renforcée efficacement par l'ancrage permanent ; et des vides, joints ou analogues dans le coulis au niveau de l'extrémité avant du trou d'ancrage ne sont pas générés, une construction de haute qualité peut être réalisée.
(KO) 본 발명은 암석이나 지반의 절개지 등에서의 절개면 붕괴방지 또는 다양한 토목 공사시 굴착 벽면의 붕괴방지를 위해 사용되는 영구앵커에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인장선을 고정 결합하기 위한 강선고정부와 그라우트 주입압력에 의해 확장 전개되는 정착헤드부로 각기 구성하여 상기 정착헤드부가 강선고정부의 하단에 결합되도록 하되, 정착헤드부는 그라우트 주입압력에 의해 작동하는 유동체 및 상기 유동체의 가압에 의해 확장 전개되게 한 복수 개의 앵커날개로 구성함에 따라, 천공된 앵커공 내에 선단정착앵커를 근입하는 과정에서 앵커공의 깊이가 부족한 경우 앵커공 내면과 선단정착앵커 간의 간섭없이 즉시 인출이 가능하므로 재천공 작업을 수행한 후 재차 근입할 수 있어 작업 보정이 간편하게 이루어질 수 있는 것이고, 근입된 상태의 선단정착앵커는 그라우트의 토출압력에 의해 앵커날개가 확장 및 전개되면서 앵커공 내벽에 견고하게 박혀 고정되므로 선단정착앵커의 고정력 및 그라우트에 의한 정착력이 크게 향상되어 영구앵커에 의한 주변부의 보강이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 것이고, 앵커공 선단의 그라우트에 대한 공극이나 절리 등이 발생하지 아니하므로 고품질의 시공이 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.
