Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a drawer roller unit which can reduce the number of components by changing structures of assembled parts of components constituting a roller unit, improve assembling productivity of the components, and continuously maintain a normal assembled state of the components. The above-described drawer roller unit comprises: a rotary support shaft (100) fixed to a receiving body; an idle roller (200) coupled to the rotary support shaft (100) in a freely rotatable manner; and a coupling structure provided at each assembly site between the rotary support shaft (100) and the idle roller (200), wherein the coupling structure comprises: an engagement groove (160) formed in the circumferential direction with respect to an outer circumferential surface of the rotary support shaft (100); a protrusion part (260) formed on the inner circumferential surface of a fastening hole (220) of the idle roller (200) and engaged with the engagement groove (160); and an assembly guide groove (180) formed at one end of the outer circumferential surface of the rotary support shaft (100) toward the engagement groove (160).
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de galet pour tiroir qui peut réduire le nombre de composants par le biais d'un changement des structures de parties assemblées de composants constituant une unité de galet, améliorer le rendement d'assemblage des composants, et maintenir de façon continue un état assemblé normal des composants. L'unité de galet pour tiroir décrite ci-dessus comporte : un arbre de support rotatif (100) fixé à un corps de réception ; un galet fou (200) accouplé à rotation libre à l'arbre de support rotatif (100) ; et une structure d'accouplement prévue au niveau de chaque point d'assemblage entre l'arbre de support rotatif (100) et le galet libre (200), la structure d'accouplement comprenant : une rainure de mise en prise (160) formée dans la direction circonférentielle par rapport à une surface circonférentielle extérieure de l'arbre de support rotatif (100) ; une partie saillante (260) formée sur la surface circonférentielle intérieure d'un trou de fixation (220) du galet fou (200) et mise en prise avec la rainure de mise en prise (160) ; et une rainure de guidage d'assemblage (180) formée au niveau d'une extrémité de la surface circonférentielle extérieure de l'arbre de support rotatif (100) en direction de la rainure de mise en prise (160).
(KO) 본 발명은 롤러 유닛을 구성하는 부품의 조립부위에 대한 구조 변경을 통해 부품의 수량을 감소하고 조립 생산성을 향상시킴과 동시에 부품의 정상적인 조립상태를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 서랍용 롤러 유닛을 개시한다. 전술한 서랍용 롤러 유닛은 수납체에 고정되는 회전 지지축(100), 상기 회전 지지축(100)에 대해 공회전 가능하게 결합되는 아이들 롤러(200), 및 상기 회전 지지축(100)과 상기 아이들 롤러(200) 사이의 조립부위에 각각 구비되는 결합 구조물을 포함하고, 상기 결합 구조물은 상기 회전 지지축(100)의 외주면에 대해 원주방향으로 형성되는 걸림홈(160), 상기 아이들 롤러(200)의 체결홀(220)의 내주면에 형성되어 상기 걸림홈(160)과 결합되는 돌기부(260), 및 상기 회전 지지축(100)의 외주면 일단부에서 상기 걸림홈(160)을 향해 형성되는 조립 안내홈(180)을 구비한다.
