Disclosed are an inter prediction mode-based image processing method and apparatus therefor. Particularly, a method for processing an image on the basis of inter prediction may comprise the steps of: adjusting a motion vector of a current block on the basis of a ratio of a difference between a current picture's picture order count (POC) and a first reference picture's POC to a difference between the current picture's POC and a second reference picture's POC; and deriving a predictor for each pixel in the current block by applying pixel unit-based inter prediction to each pixel of the current block on the basis of the adjusted motion vector of the current block.

L’invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’image basé sur un mode d'inter-prédiction et un appareil associé. En particulier, un procédé de traitement d'une image sur la base d'une inter-prédiction peut comprendre les étapes consistant : à régler un vecteur de mouvement d'un bloc courant sur la base d'un rapport d'une différence entre un comptage d'ordre d'image (POC) d'une image courante et un POC d'une première image de référence sur une différence entre le POC de l'image courante et un POC d'une seconde image de référence ; et à dériver un élément de prédiction pour chaque pixel dans le bloc courant par application d'une inter-prédiction basée sur une unité de pixel à chaque pixel du bloc courant sur la base du vecteur de mouvement réglé du bloc courant.

본 발명에서는 인터 예측 모드 기반 영상 처리 방법 및 이를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 인터 예측(inter prediction)을 기반으로 영상을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 현재 픽쳐의 POC(Picture Order Count)와 제1 참조 픽쳐의 POC 간의 차이와 상기 현재 픽쳐의 POC와 제2 참조 픽쳐의 POC 간의 차이의 비를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 움직임 벡터(motion vector)를 조정하는 단계 및 상기 조정된 현재 블록의 움직임 벡터를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록 내 각 화소 별로 화소 단위의 인터 예측을 적용하여 상기 현재 블록 내 각 화소 별 예측값(predictor)을 도출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
