Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to "a horizontal transport device having a load cell embedded in a bearing and a strengthened load bearing capacity, and a driving method therefor". The horizontal transport device can measure, in advance, the whole weight of a heavy load before a movement thereof while the heavy load, which is a large structure such as a ship or a concrete caisson, a bridge, a building, an offshore structure and a machine, moves horizontally regardless of whether the ground surface or the bottom surface thereof is inclined or bent, has a strengthened load bearing capacity for the heavy load, and comprises, in the same body: horizontality maintaining parts maintaining the horizontality of the heavy load, having a load cell embedded in a bearing, and outputting the weight of the heavy load on display units; a load bearing part having a more strengthened load bearing capacity for the heavy load by means of a plurality of compressed air injection holes, and having a more improved workability; and the display units respectively connected to a plurality of the horizontality maintenance parts of the horizontal transport device and displaying, on the outside, the whole weight of the heavy load loaded on the plurality of horizontal transport devices.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transport horizontal ayant une cellule de charge intégrée dans un palier et une capacité de charge renforcée, et son procédé de commande. Le dispositif de transport horizontal peut mesurer, à l'avance, le poids total d'une charge lourde avant son déplacement tandis que ladite charge lourde, qui correspond à une structure de grande dimension, telle qu'un navire ou un caisson en béton, un pont, un immeuble, une structure en mer et une machine, se déplace horizontalement, indépendamment du fait que la surface du sol ou la surface inférieure associée soit inclinée ou courbée, présente une capacité de charge renforcée pour la charge lourde, et comprend, dans le même corps : des parties de maintien d'horizontalité maintenant l'horizontalité de la charge lourde, comportant une cellule de charge intégrée dans un palier, et délivrant en sortie le poids de la charge lourde sur des unités d'affichage ; une partie de support de charge présentant une capacité de charge davantage renforcée pour la charge lourde au moyen d'une pluralité de trous d'injection d'air comprimé, et présentant une maniabilité améliorée ; et les unités d'affichage connectées respectivement à une pluralité des parties de maintien d'horizontalité du dispositif de transport horizontal et affichant, à l'extérieur, le poids total de la charge lourde chargée sur la pluralité de dispositifs de transport horizontal.
(KO) 본 발명은, 선박 또는 콘크리트케이슨, 교량, 건축물, 해양구조물, 기계장치와 같은 대형구조물인 고하중물이 지반 또는 바닥면의 경사 또는 굴곡여부에 상관없이 수평이동 되는 동시에, 고하중물의 전체적인 중량 또한 이동 전에 사전 측정이 가능하고, 고하중물의 하중지지력이 강화된 구성의, 동일한 몸체로서, 고하중물의 수평유지 및 로드셀이 베어링에 내재되고 디스플레이부로 고하중물의 중량이 출력되는 수평유지부와; 다수개의 압축공기주입구에 의하여 고하중물의 하중지지력 또한 더욱 강화되고, 작업성이 더욱 향상된 하중지지부와; 다수개의 수평운송장치의 수평유지부에 각기 연결되어, 다수개의 수평운송장치에 적재된 고하중물의 전체적인 중량이 외부로 표출되는 디스플레이부가; 구비된 구성의, "로드셀이 베어링에 내재 및 하중지지력이 강화된 수평운송장치 및 그의 구동방법"에 관한 것이다.
