Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer which has a step (Q) for reacting a polycarbonate oligomer and one or more types of polyorganosiloxane represented by general formulas (i)-(iii) in an organic solvent, and is characterized in that during said step, the following satisfy specific conditions: the solid content weight x (g/L) of the polycarbonate oligomer in a 1-liter liquid mixture comprising the organic solvent and the polycarbonate oligomer; the concentration y (mass%) of the polyorganosiloxane in the obtained polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer; and the chain length n of the polyorganosiloxane.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un copolymère de polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane qui comporte une étape (Q) consistant à faire réagir un oligomère de polycarbonate et un ou plusieurs types de polyorganosiloxane représentés par les formules générales (i) à (iii) dans un solvant organique. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que pendant ladite étape, les éléments suivants respectent des conditions spécifiques : le poids de la teneur en matières solides x (g/L) de l'oligomère de polycarbonate dans un 1 litre de mélange liquide comprenant le solvant organique et l'oligomère de ; la concentration y (% en poids) en polyorganosiloxane du copolymère de polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane obtenu ; et la longueur de chaîne n du polyorganosiloxane.
