Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a manufacturing method of luminous nanocarbons capable of efficiently mass-manufacturing the luminous nanocarbons. The manufacturing method of luminous nanocarbons (Product) from a raw material aqueous solution comprising a carbon source compound and a nitrogen source compound comprises a reacting step wherein the raw material aqueous solution of a storage container (reservoir) is heated in a heating unit (furnace) of a reacting container to be reacted at a reacting temperature of at least 100 degrees Celsius and at most 500 degrees Celsius and a cooling step of cooling a reactant solution in an ice bath, the reactant solution comprising reaction products generated in the reacting step.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanocarbones lumineux permettant de fabriquer en masse d'une manière efficace des nanocarbones lumineux. Le procédé de fabrication de nanocarbones lumineux (produit) à partir d'une solution aqueuse de matériau brut, comportant un composé source de carbone et un composé source d'azote, comprend une étape de mise en réaction, dans laquelle la solution aqueuse de matériau brut d'un récipient de stockage (réservoir) est chauffée dans une unité de chauffage (four) d'un récipient de réaction pour être mise en réaction à une température de réaction d'au moins 100 degrés Celsius et d'au maximum 500 degrés Celsius, et une étape de refroidissement consistant à refroidir une solution de réactif dans un bain de glace, la solution de réactif comprenant des produits de réaction générés lors de l'étape de réaction.
(JA) 【課題】発光性ナノカーボンを効率よく大量に製造できる発光性ナノカーボン製造方法を提供すること。 炭素源化合物および窒素源化合物を含有する原料水溶液から発光性ナノカーボン(Product)を製造する方法であって、貯蔵容器(Reservoir)の原料水溶液を反応容器の加熱部(Furnace)中で加熱し、反応温度100℃以上500℃以下で反応させる反応ステップと、反応ステップにおいて生成された反応生成物を含有する反応溶液を氷浴(Ice bath)にて冷却する冷却ステップと、を備えている。
