Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of developing a biomarker that can predict sensitivity to oxytocin, and, by using the biomarker, providing a method for predicting sensitivity to oxytocin in a test subject, and a method for estimating the therapeutic effect of oxytocin with respect to an ASD patient before administration of oxytocin. Provided as biomarkers for predicting sensitivity to oxytocin are: a methylation indicative gene including a specific methylation target site that correlates with oxytocin sensitivity; and an oxytocin receptor gene including a specific SNP that correlates with oxytocin sensitivity.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la mise au point d’un biomarqueur apte à prédire la sensibilité à l'ocytocine, et, par l'utilisation dudit biomarqueur, la fourniture d'un procédé permettant de prédire la sensibilité à l'ocytocine chez un sujet test, et un procédé servant à estimer l'effet thérapeutique de l'ocytocine chez un patient atteint d'un trouble du spectre de l'autisme (TSA) avant l'administration de l'ocytocine. L'invention concerne des biomarqueurs destinés à prédire la sensibilité à l'ocytocine : un gène indicatif d'une méthylation comportant un site cible de méthylation spécifique qui est en corrélation avec la sensibilité à l'ocytocine ; et un gène récepteur de l'ocytocine comprenant un SNP spécifique qui est en corrélation avec la sensibilité à l'ocytocine.
(JA) オキシトシンの感受性を予測できるバイオマーカーを開発し、それを用いて被験者におけるオキシトシン感受性を予測する方法の提供、及びASD患者に対するオキシトシンの治療効果をオキシトシン投与前に推定する方法の提供を課題とする。 オキシトシンに対する感受性を予測するバイオマーカーとして、オキシトシンの感受性と相関する特定のメチル化標的部位を含むメチル化指標遺伝子、及びオキシトシンの感受性と相関する特定のSNPを含むオキシトシン受容体遺伝子を提供する。
