Abstract:
(EN) A diffusion treatment device comprises: a cylindrical body (12) including a treatment space (24) for accommodating a sintered magnet piece and an RH diffusion source; a treatment container (10) which includes a first and a second lid for respectively hermetically sealing a first and a second opening on both ends of the cylindrical body; a transport device (30) which, with a longitudinal direction of the treatment container being disposed in a y-axis direction in an orthogonal coordinate system xyz, transports the treatment container in an x-axis direction by a predetermined distance; a heating device (50) which includes a lower heating unit (50a) disposed under the treatment container (10) and an upper heating unit (50b) disposed over the treatment container, wherein the lower heating unit and the upper heating unit are each movable in a z-axis direction and can be disposed so as to enclose at least a center portion of the treatment container; and a first rotation device (40) which, with the longitudinal direction of the treatment container being disposed in the y-axis direction and the treatment container being enclosed by the lower heating unit and the upper heating unit, rotates the treatment container about the y-axis.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de diffusion qui comprend : un corps cylindrique (12) comprenant un espace de traitement (24) pour loger une pièce d'aimant fritté et une source de diffusion de RH ; une cuve de traitement (10) qui comprend des premier et second couvercles pour fermer hermétiquement respectivement des première et seconde ouvertures aux deux extrémités du corps cylindrique ; un dispositif de transport (30) qui, une direction longitudinale de la cuve de traitement étant disposée dans une direction d'axe y dans un système de coordonnées orthogonales xyz, transporte la cuve de traitement dans une direction d'axe x sur une distance prédéfinie ; un dispositif de chauffage (50) qui comprend une unité de chauffage inférieure (50a) disposée au-dessous de la cuve de traitement (10) et une unité de chauffage supérieure (50b) disposée au-dessus de la cuve de traitement, l'unité de chauffage inférieure et l'unité de chauffage supérieure étant mobiles chacune dans une direction d'axe z et pouvant être disposées de manière à entourer au moins une partie centrale de la cuve de traitement ; et un premier dispositif de rotation (40) qui, la direction longitudinale de la cuve de traitement étant disposée dans la direction d'axe y et la cuve de traitement étant enfermée par l'unité de chauffage inférieure et l'unité de chauffage supérieure, fait tourner la cuve de traitement autour de l'axe y.
