Abstract:
(EN) This aluminum nitride sintered body has one main surface and contains a plurality of aluminum nitride crystal grains. With respect to the aluminum nitride crystal grains, the (11-20) planes of all the aluminum nitride crystal grains, or alternatively, the (11-20) planes of some aluminum nitride crystal grains and the (10-10) planes of the other aluminum nitride crystal grains are oriented to be parallel to the main surface. Consequently, an aluminum nitride sintered body having a main surface that is easy to be mirror finished and a method for producing this aluminum nitride sintered body are provided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un corps fritté à base de nitrure d'aluminium présentant une surface principale et contenant une pluralité de grains de cristaux de nitrure d'aluminium. Par rapport aux grains de cristaux de nitrure d'aluminium, les plans (11-20) de tous les grains de cristaux de nitrure d'aluminium, ou en variante, les plans (11-20) de certains grains de cristaux de nitrure d'aluminium et les plans (10-10) des autres grains de cristaux de nitrure d'aluminium sont orientés de manière à être parallèles à la surface principale. Par conséquent, un corps fritté à base de nitrure d'aluminium ayant une surface principale dont la finition miroir est facile et un procédé de production dudit corps fritté à base de nitrure d'aluminium sont décrits.
(JA) 窒化アルミニウム焼結体は、一主面を有し複数の窒化アルミニウム結晶粒子を含み、窒化アルミニウム結晶粒子は、全部の窒化アルミニウム結晶粒子の(11-20)面、あるいは、一部の窒化アルミニウム結晶粒子の(11-20)面および残部の窒化アルミニウム結晶粒子の(10-10)面が、一主面に平行に配向している。これにより、主面の鏡面加工が容易な窒化アルミニウム焼結体およびその製造方法が提供される。
