Abstract:
The invention is characterized in comprising: a preparation step for forming a jacket body (2) provided with a bottom part (10) and a peripheral wall part (11), and forming a sealing body (3) provided with a first substrate part (21) formed from a first metal, a second substrate part (22) formed from a second metal and formed so that the peripheral edge part of the first substrate part (21) is exposed, and a plurality of fins (23); a disposing step for causing the end surface (11a) of the peripheral wall part (11) and the reverse surface (21b) of the first substrate part (21) to overlap and forming an overlap part (J1); and a joining step for inserting a joining rotating tool (F) from the obverse surface (21a) side of the peripheral edge part of the first substrate part (21), relatively moving a stirring pin (F2) of the joining rotating tool (F) along the overlap part (J1) while in contact with the first substrate part (21) alone or with both the first substrate part (21) and the peripheral wall part (11), and friction-stir-welding the overlap part (J1).
