Abstract:
(EN) A gas treatment system is provided with an absorber, a liquid separator, a regenerator, a circulation mechanism, and a heat transfer device. The absorber brings gas to be treated into contact with a treatment solution. The liquid separator separates the treatment solution that has made contact with the gas to be treated into a first phase part wherein the acidic compound content is large and a second phase part wherein the acidic compound content is small. The regenerator heats the first phase part and releases the acidic compound from the first phase part. The circulation mechanism circulates the second phase part and the treatment solution from which the acidic compound has been released by the regenerator as treatment solution to be brought into contact with gas to be treated in the absorber. The heat transfer device transfers heat to the treatment solution in the regenerator from the treatment solution discharged from the absorber and the gas to be treated from which the acidic compound has been separated.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de traitement de gaz qui comprend un absorbeur, un séparateur de liquide, un régénérateur, un mécanisme de circulation et un dispositif de transfert de chaleur. L'absorbeur amène un gaz à traiter en contact avec une solution de traitement. Le séparateur de liquide sépare la solution de traitement qui a réalisé le contact avec le gaz à traiter en une première partie de phase, dans laquelle la teneur en composé acide est élevée, et une seconde partie de phase, dans laquelle la teneur en composé acide est faible. Le régénérateur chauffe la première partie de phase et libère le composé acide de la première partie de phase. Le mécanisme de circulation fait circuler la seconde partie de phase et la solution de traitement à partir de laquelle le composé acide a été libéré par le régénérateur en tant que solution de traitement à amener en contact avec le gaz à traiter dans l'absorbeur. Le dispositif de transfert de chaleur transfère la chaleur vers la solution de traitement dans le régénérateur, à partir de la solution de traitement évacuée de l'absorbeur, et le gaz à traiter à partir duquel le composé acide a été séparé.
(JA) ガス処理システムは、吸収器、液分離器、再生器、循環機構、熱移動装置を備える。吸収器は処理液に被処理ガスを接触させる。液分離器は被処理ガスと接触した処理液を酸性化合物の含有率が大きい第1相部分及び酸性化合物の含有率が小さい第2相部分に分離する。再生器は第1相部分を加熱して第1相部分から酸性化合物を放出させる。循環機構は第2相部分及び再生器で酸性化合物を放出した処理液を、吸収器に被処理ガスを接触させる処理液として循環させる。熱移送装置は吸収器から排出される処理液及び酸性化合物分離後の被処理ガスから、再生器の処理液へ熱を移動させる。
