Abstract:
(EN) In order to prevent a stepped part from being formed on the inner wall surface of the intake passage of this intake manifold, a base member (21) into which a flame arrester (25) is incorporated comprises a recessed body (31) having an approximate split cylindrical shape and an annular fitting/holding section (32) to which the flame arrester (25) is fit in the axial direction. The fitting/holding section (32) comprises an abutment surface (32a) and an inner circumferential fitting wall surface (32b). The recessed body (31) comprises a first inner wall surface (31a) that is continuous with the inner circumferential fitting wall surface (32b) and a base-side second inner wall surface (31c) that is connected to the first inner wall surface (31a) via a radial stepped surface (31b). A retaining/rectifying member (23) provided between the flame arrester (25) and the stepped surface (31b) of the recessed body (31) retains the flame arrester (25) with respect to the fitting/holding section (32) and forms an inner circumferential surface (23a) that is continuous without stepped parts from an opening (25b) on the other end side of the flame arrester (25) to the base-side second inner wall surface (31c).
(FR) Selon l’invention, un élément de base (21) destiné à inhiber la formation d’un épaulement sur une face de paroi interne d’un trajet d’admission d’un collecteur d’admission, et auquel est incorporé un pare-feu (25), possède une partie corps creux (31) sensiblement de la forme d’un tube divisé, et une partie ajustement/soutien (32) de forme circulaire ajustant le pare-feu (25) dans une direction axiale. La partie ajustement/soutien (32) possède une face butée (32a) et une face de paroi périphérique interne d’ajustement (32b). La partie corps creux (31) possède une première face de paroi interne (31a) dans la continuité de la face de paroi périphérique interne d’ajustement (32b), et une seconde face de paroi interne côté base (31c) connectée à la première face de paroi interne (31a) avec pour intermédiaire une face épaulement (31b) de direction radiale. Un élément rectification de retenue (23) qui tout en retenant le pare-feu (25) vis-à-vis de la partie ajustement/soutien (32), forme une face périphérique interne (23a) continue sans épaulement depuis une partie ouverture (25b) côté autre extrémité du pare-feu (25) jusqu’à la seconde face de paroi interne côté base (31c), est agencé entre le pare-feu (25) et la face épaulement (31b) de la partie corps creux (31).
(JA) 吸気マニホールドの吸気通路内壁面に段差が形成されるのを防止するべく、フレームアレスタ(25)が組み込まれるベース部材(21)が、略分割筒状の凹状体部(31)とフレームアレスタ(25)を軸方向に嵌合させる環状の嵌合保持部(32)とを有し、嵌合保持部(32)が、突当て面(32a)と嵌合内周壁面(32b)とを有しており、凹状体部(31)が、嵌合内周壁面(32b)に連続する第1内壁面(31a)と、これに対し径方向の段差面(31b)を介し接続するベース側第2内壁面(31c)とを有し、フレームアレスタ(25)と凹状体部(31)の段差面(31b)の間には、嵌合保持部(32)に対しフレームアレスタ(25)を抜け止めしつつフレームアレスタ(25)の他端側の開口部(25b)からベース側第2内壁面(31c)まで段差なく連続する内周面(23a)を形成する抜止め整流部材(23)が設けられている。
