Abstract:
(EN) A radio communication system that, on the basis of a random access mode, transfers a transmission right acquired by a radio base station to a radio terminal in a case of an uplink communication from the radio terminal to the radio base station and transfers a transmission right acquired by the radio terminal to the radio base station in a case of downlink communication from the radio base station to the radio terminal, comprises a transmission right transfer terminal scheduling unit that determines, as transmission right transfer destination terminal(s) to which the transmission right is to be transferred from the radio base station, one or more radio terminals for which the uplink communication quality is worse than a specified value and that determines, as transmission right transfer source terminal(s) from which the transmission right is to be transferred to the radio base station, one or more radio terminals for which the downlink communication quality is worse than a specified value.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de radiocommunication qui, en fonction d'un mode d'accès aléatoire, transfère un droit de transmission acquis par une station de base radio à un terminal radio dans le cas d'une communication de liaison montante du terminal radio à la station de base radio et transfère un droit de transmission acquis par le terminal radio à la station de base radio dans le cas de la communication de liaison descendante de la station de base radio au terminal radio, comprend une unité de planification de terminal de transfert de droit de transmission qui détermine, en tant que terminal ou terminaux de destination de transfert de droit de transmission auxquels le droit de transmission doit être transféré à partir de la station de base radio, un ou plusieurs terminaux radio pour lesquels la qualité de communication de liaison montante est pire qu'une valeur spécifiée et qui détermine, en tant que terminal ou terminaux de source de transfert de droit de transmission à partir desquels le droit de transmission doit être transféré à la station de base radio, un ou plusieurs terminaux radio pour lesquels la qualité de communication de liaison descendante est pire qu'une valeur spécifiée.
(JA) ランダムアクセス方式に基づいて、無線端末から無線基地局に上り回線通信を行うときに無線基地局が取得した送信権を無線端末へ譲渡し、無線基地局から無線端末に下り回線通信を行うときに無線端末が取得した送信権を無線基地局へ譲渡する無線通信システムにおいて、上り回線の通信品質が規定値より悪い1つ以上の無線端末を無線基地局から送信権を譲渡する送信権譲渡先端末として決定し、下り回線の通信品質が規定値より悪い1つ以上の無線端末を無線基地局へ送信権を譲渡する送信権譲渡元端末として決定する送信権譲渡端末スケジュール部を備える。
