(EN) Provided is a method for producing a polarizing film that involves subjecting a polyvinyl alcohol resin film which is 1,000 m or greater in length to at least a stretching process, a dyeing process, and a crosslinking process, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol resin film has an index α of 0.73 or greater, the index being derived by the following expression from the infrared spectroscopic spectrum according to the ATR-IR method: index α = (A1043 - A1160)/(A1093 - A1160). (In the formula, A1043, A1160, and A1093 denote absorbance at wavenumbers 1043, 1160, and 1093 cm-1, respectively.)
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un film de polarisation qui consiste à soumettre un film de résine de poly(alcool vinylique) qui a une longueur de 1 000 m ou plus à au moins un procédé d'étirement, un procédé de teinture et un procédé de réticulation, le film de résine de poly(alcool vinylique) présentant un indice α de 0,73 ou plus, l'indice étant obtenu par l'expression suivante dans le spectre spectroscopique infrarouge selon le procédé de la réflexion totale atténuée infrarouge (ATR-IR) : indice α = (A1043 - A1160)/(A1093 - A1160). (Dans la formule, A1043, A1160 et A1093 représentent l'absorbance à des nombres d'ondes de 1043, 1160 et 1093 cm-1, respectivement.)
(JA) 長さ1000m以上のポリビニルアルコール系樹脂フィルムに対して少なくとも延伸処理、染色処理、及び架橋処理を施して偏光フィルムを製造する方法であって、上記ポリビニルアルコール系樹脂フィルムは、ATR-IR法による赤外分光スペクトルから次式:指標α=(A1043-A1160)/(A1093-A1160)[式中、A1043、A1160及びA1093はそれぞれ、波数1043、1160及び1093cm-1における吸光度である。]で求められる指標αが0.73以上である方法が提供される。
