Abstract:
(EN) A fuel pump is provided with: an outer gear (30); an inner gear (20) eccentric to and in mesh with the outer gear (30); and a pump housing (11) for rotatably accommodating both gears (20, 30). Both gears (20, 30) rotate while increasing and reducing the volume of a plurality of pump chambers (40) formed between the gears (20, 30), thereby sequentially sucking in fuel into each of the pump chambers (40) and discharging the fuel. The pump housing (11) has: a slide surface (75) on which both gears (20, 30) slide; a suction groove (18) recessed from the slide surface (75) and guiding fuel which is on the suction side; a discharge passage (17) recessed from the slide surface (75) and guiding fuel which is on the discharge side; and communication grooves (77, 78) which is recessed from the slide surface (75), is formed in a circular arc shape along the circle (Cc) circumscribed about the inner gear (20), and is in communication with both the suction groove (18) and the discharge passage (17) through both groove ends.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe à carburant qui est pourvue de : un engrenage externe (30) ; un engrenage interne (20) excentrique par rapport à l'engrenage externe (30) et en prise avec celui-ci ; et un boîtier de pompe (11) pour recevoir avec faculté de rotation les deux engrenages (20, 30). Les deux engrenages (20, 30) tournent tout en augmentant et en réduisant le volume d'une pluralité de chambres de pompe (40) formées entre les engrenages (20, 30), ce qui permet successivement d'aspirer du carburant dans chacune des chambres de pompe (40) et d'évacuer le carburant. Le boîtier de pompe (11) a : une surface de glissement (75) sur laquelle glissent les deux engrenages (20, 30) ; une rainure d'aspiration (18) en retrait par rapport à la surface de glissement (75) et guidant le carburant qui est du côté aspiration ; un passage d'évacuation (17) en retrait par rapport à la surface de glissement (75) et guidant le carburant qui est du côté d'évacuation ; et des rainures de communication (77, 78) qui sont en retrait à partir de la surface de glissement (75), ont une forme d'arc circulaire le long du cercle (Cc) circonscrit autour de l'engrenage interne (20) et sont en communication avec à la fois la rainure d'aspiration (18) et le passage d'évacuation (17) à travers les deux extrémités de rainure.
