Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a self-fusing molded coil for which there is an improvement in thermal conductivity while adhesive strength of a winding interior is ensured. The present invention is a superconductive coil in which a superconducting wire having a surface coated with a thermoplastic resin is used, wherein the structure of the coil is such that a heat transfer member which is in a shape of a mesh or of a sheet with openings and which is constituted of a high thermal conductor, represented by copper or aluminum, is provided between layers of the coil, with the thermoplastic resin penetrating into the voids of the mesh or the openings of the sheet. Using such a structure makes it possible to obtain a self-fusing molded coil for which there is an improvement in thermal conductivity while adhesive strength of a winding interior is ensured.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une bobine moulée auto-fusion pour laquelle il y a une amélioration de la conductivité thermique tandis que la force d'adhérence d'un bobinage intérieur est assurée. La présente invention est une bobine supraconductrice dans laquelle un fil supraconducteur ayant une surface revêtue d'une résine thermoplastique est utilisée. La structure de la bobine est telle qu'un élément de transfert de chaleur, qui est dans une forme de maillage ou de feuille avec des ouvertures et qui est constitué d'un conducteur thermique élevé, représenté par du cuivre ou de l'aluminium, est disposé entre des couches de la bobine, avec la résine thermoplastique pénétrant dans les vides du maillage ou dans les ouvertures de la feuille. L'utilisation d'une telle structure permet d'obtenir une bobine moulée auto-fusion pour laquelle il y a une amélioration de la conductivité thermique tandis que la force d'adhérence d'un bobinage intérieur est assurée.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、巻線内部の接着強度を確保しつつ熱伝導性を向上させた自己融着成形コイルを提供することにある。 本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂を表面に塗布した超電導線材を用いた超電導コイルにおいて、その層間には銅またはアルミニウムに代表される高熱伝導体で構成されるメッシュまたは開口部を持ったシート状の伝熱部材が設けられており、メッシュの空隙またはシートの開口部には熱可塑性樹脂が侵入した構造をとる。 このような構造を用いることで、巻線内部の接着強度を確保しつつ熱伝導性を向上させた自己融着成形コイルを得ることが可能となる。
