Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rolling bearing, wherein rust is prevented by a coating of phosphate being formed on the rolling contact surface of a bearing member, and the reduction in bearing service life is minimized. A rolling bearing 1 has a phosphate coating 6 over the entire inner ring surface including an inner ring track surface 2a, the entire outer ring surface including an outer ring track surface 3a, and the entire rolling element surface including the rolling surface 4a of a rolling element 4. The thickness of the phosphate coating 6 is 6 µm or more. When the surface of the coating is viewed from just above, 30% or more of the whole projected area of the coating is formed from a crystal grain with a projected area of 25 µm2 or more.
(FR) L'invention concerne un palier à roulement, la formation de rouille étant empêchée par un revêtement de phosphate formé sur la surface de contact de roulement d'un élément de palier et la diminution de la durée de vie du palier étant réduite au minimum. Le palier à roulement (1) selon l'invention comporte un revêtement de phosphate (6) sur l'intégralité de la surface annulaire interne comprenant une surface de rail annulaire interne (2a), sur l'intégralité de la surface annulaire externe comprenant une surface de rail annulaire externe et sur l'intégralité de la surface d'élément de roulement comprenant la surface de roulement (4a) d'un élément de roulement (4). L'épaisseur du revêtement de phosphate est de 6 µm ou supérieure. Lorsque la surface du revêtement est observée du dessus immédiat, 30% ou davantage de l'intégralité de la zone projetée du revêtement sont formés à partir d'un grain cristallin présentant une surface projetée de 25 µm2 ou supérieure.
(JA) 軸受部材の転がり接触部表面に燐酸塩被膜を形成し、防錆機能を有しつつ、軸受寿命の低下を抑制した転がり軸受を提供する。転がり軸受1は、内輪軌道面2aを含む内輪表面全体、外輪軌道面3aを含む外輪表面全体、転動体4の転動面4aを含む転動体表面全体に、燐酸塩被膜6を有し、燐酸塩被膜6の膜厚が6μm以上であり、該被膜の表面を真上方向から見た場合に、該被膜の全投影面積の30%以上が、投影面積が25μm以上の結晶粒から構成されている。
