Abstract:
(EN) This air spring device (1) is equipped with: an upper member (2); a lower member (3); and a cylindrical membrane member (4) in which gas pressurized to atmospheric pressure or more is sealed, and which have openings (4a, 4b) at both ends, the openings (4a, 4b) being connected to the upper and lower members (2, 3). The upper member (2) and the lower member (3) are equipped with abutment portions (11, 18), respectively, which slidably abut on each other with the interior of the cylindrical membrane member (4) evacuated. The upper member (2) and/or the lower member (3) is equipped with: a plurality of abutment portions (18); a plurality of holding portions (19) which each have a surface to which the abutment portions (18) are fixed; and a base portion (20) which supports the back surfaces (19b) of the holding portions (19). The plurality of holding portions (19) are arranged on the base portion (2) so as to be individually removable.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif à ressort pneumatique (1) équipé : d'un élément supérieur (2) ; d'un élément inférieur (3) ; et d'un élément membrane cylindrique (4) dans lequel un gaz pressurisé au minimum à la pression atmosphérique est scellé, et qui présente des ouvertures (4a, 4b) au niveau des deux extrémités, les ouvertures (4a, 4b) étant reliées aux éléments supérieur et inférieur (2, 3). L'élément supérieur (2) et l'élément inférieur (3) sont équipés de parties de butée (11, 18), respectivement, qui butent de façon coulissante l'une sur l'autre avec l'intérieur de l'élément membrane cylindrique (4) mis sous vide. L'élément supérieur (2) et/ou l'élément inférieur (3) est équipé : d'une pluralité de parties de butée (18) ; d'une pluralité de parties de maintien (19) qui ont chacune une surface sur laquelle sont fixées les parties de butée (18) ; et d'une partie base (20) qui soutient les surfaces arrières (19b) des parties de maintien (19). Lesdites parties de maintien (19) sont disposés sur la partie base (2) de manière à être individuellement amovible.
(JA) 空気ばね装置(1)は、上部材(2)および下部材(3)と、これらの両部材(2、3)に両端開口部(4a、4b)が各別に連結され、内部に大気圧以上の加圧気体が封入される筒状膜部材(4)と、を備えている。上部材(2)および下部材(3)にそれぞれ、筒状膜部材(4)内が排気された状態で互いに摺動自在に当接する当接部(11、18)が各別に備えられている。上部材(2)および下部材(3)のうちの少なくとも一方は、複数の当接部(18)と、表面に当接部(18)が固着された複数の保持部(19)と、保持部(19)の裏面(19b)側を支持する基部(20)と、を備えている。複数の保持部(19)は、基部(20)に各別に着脱自在に配設されている。
