Abstract:
This power supply regenerative converter comprises: a power module 22 constituted by including rectifying elements D1 to D6 and regenerative switching elements S1 to S6; a smoothing capacitor 21 that is connected to direct-current power supply terminals P,N, and that stores direct-current power during AC-DC converting operation; a bus current detection unit 25 that detects a bus current flowing between the direct-current power supply terminal and the smoothing capacitor 21; a power supply phase detection unit 24 that detects the phase of an input power supply 3; a base drive signal generating unit 26 that generates a base drive signal for performing on/off control of the regenerative switching elements on the basis of the power supply phase detected by the power supply phase detection unit 24; a regeneration control unit 27 that starts/stops a power supply regenerative operation on the basis of the detection result of the bus current detection unit 25 and the base drive signal; and an overload detection unit 28 that detects an overload of the power supply regenerative converter 1 on the basis of the detection result of the bus current detection unit 25.
