(JA) 防曇性被膜、防曇性被膜形成物品及び防曇性被膜形成物品の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing an anti-fogging coating and an anti-fogging coated article each having both hydrophilicity and scratch resistance. [Solution] An anti-fogging coating containing a urethane resin having an oxyethylene group, an oxypropylene group, and an acyl group, and characterized in that the anti-fogging coating contains a fluorine-containing surfactant, the surface layer thickness of the fluorine-containing surfactant in the anti-fogging coating is 0.001-2% of the thickness of the coating, and the ratio of the number of fluorine atoms to the number of all atoms which are observed in the surface of the anti-fogging coating through elementary analysis of the anti-fogging coating is 5-30%.
(FR) Le problème abordé par la présente invention est de pourvoir à un revêtement anti-buée et à un article à revêtement anti-buée doué à la fois d'hydrophilicité et de résistance à la rayure. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un revêtement anti-buée contenant une résine uréthane ayant un groupe oxyéthylène, un groupe oxypropylène, et un groupe acyle, et caractérisé en ce que le revêtement anti-buée contient un tensioactif fluoré, l'épaisseur de la couche superficielle de tensioactif fluoré dans le revêtement anti-buée représentant de 0,001 à 2 % de l'épaisseur du revêtement, et le rapport du nombre d'atomes de fluor au nombre d'atomes totaux qui sont observés à la surface du revêtement anti-buée par analyse élémentaire du revêtement anti-buée étant de 5 à 30 %.
(JA) 【課題】本発明は、親水性と耐傷付き性の両立する防曇性被膜および防曇性被膜形成物品を提供することを課題とする。 【解決手段】オキシエチレン基、オキシプロピレン基及びアシル基を有するウレタン樹脂を含む防曇性被膜であって、該防曇性被膜は、含フッ素界面活性剤を含み、該防曇性被膜における該含フッ素系界面活性剤の表層厚さが被膜の膜厚に対して0.001~2%であり、前記防曇性被膜の元素分析により前記防曇性被膜の表面に観測される全原子の個数に対するフッ素原子の個数の比率が5~30%であることを特徴とする防曇性被膜。
