Abstract:
(EN) A detection device (100) detects an elastic wave propagated via air. The detection device (100) is provided with: a plate-shaped first electrode (12) that has a cantilever structure having a fixed end (FX) and a free end (FR), and vibrates by being curved by the elastic wave; and a plate-shaped second electrode (32) that faces the first electrode (12) with a predetermined distance therebetween. The detection device (100) detects the elastic wave on the basis of a change in capacitance between the first electrode (12) and the second electrode (32). An end of the second electrode (32) in a direction from the fixed end (FX) to the free end (FR) is located closer to the fixed end (FX) side than the free end (FR).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection (100) qui détecte une onde élastique propagée par le biais de l'air. Le dispositif de détection (100) comprend : une première électrode en forme de plaque (12) qui présente une structure en porte-à-faux ayant une extrémité fixe (FX) et une extrémité libre (FR) et vibre en étant incurvée par l'onde élastique ; et une seconde électrode en forme de plaque (32) qui fait face à la première électrode (12) avec une distance prédéfinie entre elles. Le dispositif de détection (100) détecte l'onde élastique sur la base d'un changement de capacité entre la première électrode (12) et la seconde électrode (32). Une extrémité de la seconde électrode (32) dans une direction partant de l'extrémité fixe (FX) vers l'extrémité libre (FR) est située plus proche du côté d'extrémité fixe (FX) que de l'extrémité libre (FR).
(JA) 検出装置(100)は、空気を介して伝搬される弾性波を検出する。検出装置(100)は、固定端(FX)及び自由端(FR)を有するカンチレバー構造を有するとともに、上記弾性波によって湾曲することにより振動する板状の第1の電極(12)と、第1の電極(12)と所定の距離を隔てて対向する板状の第2の電極(32)と、を備える。検出装置(100)は、第1の電極(12)と第2の電極(32)との間の静電容量の変化に基づいて上記弾性波を検出する。固定端(FX)から自由端(FR)へ向かう方向における第2の電極(32)の端は、自由端(FR)よりも固定端(FX)側に位置する。
