Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a resistance spot welding method that suppresses occurrences of cracks in a weld zone according to the contact angle regardless of the type of steel. In this resistance spot welding method, letting H (ms) be the pressure holding time after completion of conduction, A (degrees) the contact angle for an electrode, t (mm) the thickness of a steel plate, which is the thickest of the steel plates, T (MPa) the tensile strength of a steel plate with the greatest tensile strength of a plurality of steel plates, and F (N) the pressure applied, the following relations are satisfied. When 0 ≤ A < 1, 2∙A∙(t∙T/F)1/2 ≤ H When 1 ≤ A < 10, (3∙A − 1)∙(t∙T/F)1/2 ≤ H When 10 ≤ A < 20, (A + 19)∙(t∙T/F)1/2 ≤ H
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage par points par résistance qui supprime l'apparition de fissures dans une zone de soudure, selon l'angle de contact, indépendamment du type d'acier. Dans ce procédé de soudage par points par résistance, en supposant que H (ms) est le temps de maintien de pression après l'achèvement de conduction, A (degrés) est l'angle de contact pour une électrode, t (mm) est l'épaisseur d'une plaque d'acier, qui est la plus épaisse des plaques d'acier, t (MPa) est la résistance à la traction d'une plaque d'acier ayant la plus grande résistance à la traction d'une pluralité de plaques d'acier, et F (N) est la pression appliquée, les relations suivantes sont satisfaites. (JA) 鋼種に関わらず、打角に応じて溶接部の割れ発生を抑制する抵抗スポット溶接方法を提供する。 本発明に係る抵抗スポット溶接方法は、通電終了後の加圧力保持時間をH(ms)、電極の打角をA(度)、鋼板のうち最も板厚が大きい鋼板の板厚をt(mm)、複数の鋼板のうち最も引張強度が大きい鋼板の引張強度をT(MPa)、加圧力をF(N)としたとき、 0≦A<1 の場合に 2・A・(t・T / F)1/2 ≦ H 1≦A<10 の場合に (3・A-1)・(t・T / F)1/2 ≦ H 10≦A<20 の場合に (A+19)・(t・T / F)1/2 ≦ H の関係を満たす。
