Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for easily and efficiently promoting the expression of c-MPL on the surface of mesenchymal cells, etc. The method according to the present invention for producing mesenchymal cells with promoted c-MPL receptor expression on the cell surface comprises: step A for culturing mesenchymal cells in a basal medium for mesenchymal cell culture that contains a c-MPL receptor agonist; and step B for obtaining mesenchymal cells with promoted c-MPL receptor expression on the cell surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration facile et efficace de l'expression de c-MPL sur la surface de cellules mésenchymateuses, etc. Le procédé selon la présente invention de production de cellules mésenchymateuses avec une expression améliorée du récepteur c-MPL sur la surface cellulaire comprend : l'étape A de culture de cellules mésenchymateuses dans un milieu de base pour la culture de cellules mésenchymateuses qui contient un agoniste du récepteur c-MPL; et l'étape B d'obtention des cellules mésenchymateuses présentant une expression améliorée du récepteur c-MPL sur la surface cellulaire.
(JA) 本発明の目的は、間葉系細胞の表面におけるc-MPLの発現を簡便かつ効率的に促進する方法等を提供することにある。本発明としては、c-MPL受容体作動物質を含む間葉系細胞培養用基本培地で間葉系細胞を培養する工程A;及び、細胞表面におけるc-MPL受容体の発現が促進された間葉系細胞を得る工程B;を含む、細胞表面におけるc-MPL受容体の発現が促進された間葉系細胞の製造方法が挙げられる。
