Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of making it easy to prevent a storage battery from over-discharging. A power storage control device (1) is provided with a control unit (11) for controlling the charging and discharging of a storage battery (2). The control unit (11) is configured so as to switch between an interconnected operation, in which the storage battery (2) is discharged in a state of interconnection with a power system (6), and an independent operation, in which the storage battery (2) is discharged in a state of non-interconnection with the power system (6). During the independent operation, the control unit (11) switches to the interconnected operation if a first condition, that the amount of residual power in the storage battery (2) not exceed a threshold value (first threshold value), and a second condition, that no abnormalities have occurred in the power system (6), are satisfied.
