Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manipulator system which can accurately perform work on a workpiece which is moved by a moving device. This manipulator system (100), for performing work on a workpiece (W) moved by a moving device (30), is provided with a robot arm (1) to which a tool is attached for performing working on the workpiece, a manipulation device (2) which is for manipulating the robot arm, a first imaging means (3A) which images the workpiece while following movement of the workpiece, a second imaging means (3B) which is provided fixed in a work area for imaging the state of work on the workpiece, a display means (4) which displays an image imaged by the first imaging means and an image imaged by the second imaging means, and a control device (5) which detects the amount of movement of the workpiece and which, while controlling following of the robot arm in accordance with the amount of movement of the workpiece, controls operation of the robot arm on the basis of manipulation commands of the manipulation device.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but de fournir un système manipulateur qui permet d'effectuer avec précision un travail sur une pièce qui est déplacée par un dispositif mobile. Ce système manipulateur (100), pour effectuer un travail sur une pièce (W) déplacée par un dispositif mobile (30), est pourvu d'un bras de robot (1) auquel est attaché un outil destiné à effectuer un travail sur la pièce, d'un dispositif de manipulation (2) qui sert à manipuler le bras de robot, d'un premier moyen d'imagerie (3A) qui reproduit une image de la pièce tout en suivant le déplacement de la pièce, d'un deuxième moyen d'imagerie (3B) qui est prévu de manière fixe dans une zone de travail pour reproduire une image de l'état de travail effectué sur la pièce, d'un dispositif d'affichage (4) qui affiche une image reproduite par le premier moyen d'imagerie et une image reproduite par le deuxième moyen d'imagerie, et d'un dispositif de commande (5) qui détecte la quantité de mouvement de la pièce et qui, tout en commandant le suivi du bras de robot en fonction de la quantité de mouvement de la pièce, commande le fonctionnement du bras de robot sur la base de commandes de manipulation du dispositif de manipulation.
(JA) 本発明は、移動装置により移動するワークに対して精度良く作業可能なマニピュレータシステムを提供することを目的とする。 移動装置(30)によって移動するワーク(W)に対して作業を行うマニピュレータシステム(100)であって、ワークに対して作業を行うためのツールが取り付けられるロボットアーム(1)と、ロボットアームを操作するための操作デバイス(2)と、ワークの移動に追従しながらワークを撮像するための第1撮像手段(3A)と、ワークに対する作業の様子を撮像するために作業エリアに固定して設けられた第2撮像手段(3B)と、第1撮像手段によって撮像された映像及び第2撮像手段によって撮像された映像を表示する表示手段(4)と、ワークの移動量を検出し、ワークの移動量に応じてロボットアームを追従制御しつつ、操作デバイスの操作指令に基づいてロボットアームの動作を制御する制御装置(5)と、を備える。
