Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a separation/purification apparatus capable of adjusting the mixing ratios of a mobile phase and an eluting solvent contained in a collected solution. The separation/purification apparatus is provided with: a liquid supply means for supplying the eluting solvent to the entrance of a trap column; a channel switching means for selectively connecting the exit of the trap column to a waste liquid channel or a collection channel; a liquid supply amount measuring means for measuring the amount of the eluting solvent supplied to the trap column by the liquid supply means; and a channel control means for controlling the channel switching means to connect to the collection channel at the time when the amount of the eluting solvent supplied to the trap column has reached a predetermined initial waste liquid amount, and thereafter controlling the channel switching means to connect to the waste liquid channel at the time when a predetermined solution collection amount has been reached. The separation/purification apparatus is thus able to adjust the mixing ratio of the collected solution.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de séparation/purification qui peut ajuster les rapports de mélange d'une phase mobile et d'un solvant d'élution contenu dans une solution recueillie. L'appareil de séparation/purification comprend : un moyen d'alimentation en liquide destiné à alimenter en solvant d'élution l'entrée d'une colonne de piégeage ; un moyen de commutation de canal destiné à raccorder de façon sélective la sortie de la colonne de piégeage à un canal de résidus liquides ou à un canal de collecte ; un moyen de mesure de la quantité d'alimentation en liquide destiné à mesurer la quantité de solvant d'élution fournie à la colonne de piégeage par le moyen d'alimentation en liquide ; et un moyen de commande de canal destiné à commander le moyen de commutation de canal de sorte à ce qu'il soit raccordé au canal de collecte au moment où la quantité du solvant d'élution fournie à la colonne de piégeage a atteint une quantité initiale de résidus liquides prédéterminée et, par la suite, à commander le moyen de commutation de canal de sorte à ce qu'il soit raccordé au canal de résidus liquides au moment où une quantité de collecte de solution prédéterminée a été atteinte. L'appareil de séparation/purification peut donc ajuster le rapport de mélange de la solution recueillie.
(JA) 採取する溶液中に含まれる移動相と溶出用溶媒の混合比を調整することが可能な分取精製装置を提供する。溶出用溶媒をトラップカラムの入口に送給する送液手段と、トラップカラムの出口を廃液流路又は回収流路のいずれかに選択的に接続する流路切替手段と、送液手段によりトラップカラムに送給される溶出用溶媒の量を測定する送液量測定手段と、トラップカラムに送給される溶出用溶媒の量が所定の初期廃液量に達したタイミングで流路切替手段を回収流路に接続し、その後、所定の溶液回収量に達したタイミングで流路切替手段を廃液流路に接続するように制御する流路制御手段を備える分取精製装置により、回収した溶液の混合比を調整する。
