Abstract:
(EN) A process for production of hydroxylamine nitrate is disclosed whereby hydroxylamine nitrate can be obtained in solid form at room temperature. According to embodiments disclosed herein, hydroxylamine nitrate in solid form can be produced by reacting a hydroxylamine salt solution with a metal salt dissolved in organic solvent at ambient temperature. The process disclosed herein is simple, safe, cost effective, and can produce solid hydroxylamine nitrate in substantially pure form. Hydroxylamine nitrate produced is free of nitric acid, metal ions, and ammonium nitrate impurities. Precursor metal salt can be regenerated from the by product and the solvent can be recycled, consequently making the process green.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production de nitrate d'hydroxylamine, le nitrate d'hydroxylamine pouvant être obtenu sous forme solide à température ambiante. Selon des modes de réalisation décrits ici, le nitrate d'hydroxylamine sous forme solide peut être produit par réaction d'une solution de sel d'hydroxylamine avec un sel métallique dissous dans un solvant organique à température ambiante. Le procédé de l'invention est simple, sûr, économique et peut produire du nitrate d'hydroxylamine solide sous forme pratiquement pure. Le nitrate d'hydroxylamine produit est exempt d'impuretés telles que l'acide nitrique, des ions métalliques et le nitrate d'ammonium. Un sel métallique précurseur peut être régénéré à partir du sous-produit et le solvant peut être recyclé, ce qui permet d'obtenir un procédé écologique.
