Abstract:
(EN) A steam generation system for a thermal power plant is described. The system includes a first steam generation module comprising a furnace for the combustion of a fuel and the generation of hot gases to heat water and generate steam, including a first steam superheater disposed to supply superheated steam via a first superheated steam flow conduit to at least one first high pressure turbine and a first steam reheater disposed to supply reheated steam via a firstreheated steam flow conduit to at least one first intermediate pressure turbine; a second steam generation module comprising a second hot gas volume supplied with hot gases, a bypass superheated steam flow conduit in fluid communication with the first superheated steam flow conduit disposed to supply superheated steam via a second superheater within the second hot gas volume to at least one second high pressure turbine and a return flow conduit to return steam from the at least one second high pressure turbine to the first superheated steam flow conduit downstream of the bypass superheated steam flow conduit, and a bypass reheated steam flow conduit in fluid communication with the first reheated steam flow conduit disposed to supply reheated steam via a second reheater within the second hot gas volume to at least one second intermediate pressure turbine and a return flow conduit to return steam from the at least one second intermediate pressure turbine to the first reheated steam flow conduit downstream of the bypass reheated steam flow conduit; and a selective closure system for example comprising a valve arrangement selectively to close and open a flow passage to divert flow via the respective bypass and return flow conduits. A method of steam generation for a thermal power plant embodying the same principles is also described.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de génération de vapeur pour une centrale thermique. Le système comprend un premier module de génération de vapeur comprenant un fourneau pour la combustion d'un carburant et la génération de gaz chauds pour chauffer de l'eau et générer de la vapeur, comprenant un premier surchauffeur de vapeur disposé pour délivrer de la vapeur surchauffée par l'intermédiaire d'un premier conduit d'écoulement de vapeur surchauffée à au moins une première turbine haute pression et un premier réchauffeur de vapeur disposé pour délivrer de la vapeur réchauffée par l'intermédiaire d'un premier conduit d'écoulement de vapeur réchauffée à au moins une première turbine à pression intermédiaire ; un second module de génération de vapeur comprenant un second volume de gaz chauds alimenté en gaz chauds, un conduit d'écoulement de vapeur surchauffée de dérivation en communication vis-à-vis des fluides avec le premier conduit d'écoulement de vapeur surchauffée disposé pour délivrer de la vapeur surchauffée par l'intermédiaire d'un second surchauffeur à l'intérieur du second volume de gaz chauds à la ou aux secondes turbines haute pression et un conduit d'écoulement de retour pour renvoyer de la vapeur à partir de la ou des secondes turbines haute pression au premier conduit d'écoulement de vapeur surchauffée en aval du conduit d'écoulement de vapeur surchauffée de dérivation, et un conduit d'écoulement de vapeur réchauffée de dérivation en communication vis-à-vis des fluides avec le premier conduit d'écoulement de vapeur réchauffée disposé pour délivrer de la vapeur réchauffée par l'intermédiaire d'un second réchauffeur à l'intérieur du second volume de gaz chauds à au moins une seconde turbine à pression intermédiaire et un conduit d'écoulement de retour pour renvoyer de la vapeur à partir de la ou des secondes turbines à pression intermédiaire au premier conduit d'écoulement de vapeur réchauffée en aval du conduit d'écoulement de vapeur réchauffée de dérivation ; et un système de fermeture sélective, comprenant par exemple un agencement de vanne pour fermer et ouvrir de façon sélective un passage d'écoulement pour dévier un écoulement par l'intermédiaire des conduits d'écoulement de retour et de dérivation respectifs. L'invention concerne également un procédé de génération de vapeur pour une centrale thermique mettant en œuvre les mêmes principes.
