Abstract:
Battery ensuring determination of the electrical voltage across the terminals of the electrical connection elements between the storage elements. The invention relates to an electrical energy storage battery, comprising on the one hand at least first and second storage elements connected electrically in series between themselves by an electrical connection element, on the other hand at least first and second electronic control cards driving respectively the first and second storage elements and communicating with one another via a data communication link, the first electronic control card being able to adopt a configuration in which it transmits to the second electronic control card, by way of the data communication link, an item of information allowing the second electronic control card to determine the electrical potential of the point of connection between the electrical connection element and the first storage element, in such a way as to deduce the electrical voltage across the terminals of the electrical connection element, between on the one hand the point of connection between the electrical connection element and the first storage element and on the other hand the point of connection between the electrical connection element and the second storage element.
