The invention resides in the fine tuning of a method of measuring PHRTF ("Personalized Head Response Transfert Function") filters, of a hearer and its application in a device, nomadic or otherwise, allowing multichannel sound band restitution in a headset. The method of measurement is implemented in an acoustically treated and sound-proofed enclosed volume comprising at least 5 loudspeakers, broadcasting an acoustic signal, and all directed exactly towards the hearer's head which is fitted with an electro-acoustic transducer (of microphone type) by ear, and in that these microphones are used to record the parameters making it possible to calculate the PHRTF filters. The method is characterized in that it is purely and solely acoustic. The PHRTF filters are implemented and used in an application, either in a server, a terminal, a dongle or directly in a headset of the hearer by applying the convolution algorithm. The result is an individualized sound band that restores a 360° spatialization effect.
