Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electrical switching device with a switching chamber (10), which comprises at least two arcing contacts (192, 192) movable in relation to each other and defining an arcing region (22) in which an arc (20) is formed during a current breaking operation, with the switching chamber (10) being filled with a switching medium (20) for arc quenching and for dielectrical insulation. The switching chamber (10) further comprises an exhaust volume (40, 62) fluidically connected to the arcing region (22) to allow the switching medium heated by the arc (20) to flow out of the arcing region (22) to the exhaust volume (40, 62), thereby transferring heat to a surface area of a metal component of the switching chamber (10). The device is characterized in that at least a portion of a surface contained in the switching chamber (10) is covered with a porous layer (72).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commutation électrique pourvu d'une chambre de commutation (10), qui comprend au moins deux contacts de formation d'arc (192, 192) mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre et définissant une région de formation d'arc (22) dans laquelle un arc (20) se forme au cours d'une opération de coupure de courant, la chambre de commutation (10) étant remplie d'un milieu de commutation (20) pour l'extinction de l'arc et pour l'isolation diélectrique. La chambre de commutation (10) comprend en outre un volume d'échappement (40, 62) en communication fluidique avec la région de formation d'arc (22) pour permettre au milieu de commutation chauffé par l'arc électrique (20) de s'écouler de la région de formation d'arc (22) vers le volume d'échappement (40, 62), ce qui permet de transférer de la chaleur à une zone de surface d'un composant métallique de la chambre de commutation (10). Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie d'une surface contenue dans la chambre de commutation (10) est recouverte d'une couche poreuse (72).
