The peripheral portion (131) is a convex portion. The central portion (131) comprises at least one tooth (140) that is formed by a main surface (141) and an edge surface (142), wherein the main surface (141) leans towards the optical axis. Further, the tooth (140) extends at least partly around the optical axis. The present disclosure provides an optical lens (100) capable of mitigating a relatively narrow intensity distribution of light emitted from the light source (110).
