Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for predetermining the thickness of a coating which is to be arranged on a substrate. A spray spot is arranged on the surface of the substrate or a test substrate. The volume of the spray spot is determined and based on the determined volume, the thickness of the layer which is to be applied is worked out. The invention also relates to an arrangement for predetermining the thickness of a coating.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de prédétermination de l’épaisseur d’un revêtement à appliquer sur un substrat. Une projection est appliquée sur la surface du substrat ou d’un substrat de test. Le volume de la projection est déterminé et sur la base du volume déterminé, l’épaisseur d’une couche à appliquer est calculée au préalable. L’invention concerne également un dispositif de prédétermination de l’épaisseur d’un revêtement.
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zum Vorherbestimmen der Dicke einer Beschichtung, die auf einem Substrat angeordnet werden soll, bereitgestellt. Dabei wird ein Spritzflecks auf der Oberfläche des Substrats oder eines Testsubstrats angeordnet. Das Volumen des Spritzflecks wird bestimmt und auf der Basis des bestimmten Volumens die Dicke einer aufzutragenden Schicht im Voraus berechnet. Weiterhin wird eine Anordnung zum Vorherbestimmen der Dicke einer Beschichtung bereitgestellt.
