Abstract:
(EN) The object of the invention is to provide a method and an associated plant for carrying out the method for producing conductive fibres and filaments consisting of natural or synthetic fibres. The method for producing conductive fibres and filaments consisting of natural or synthetic fibres in the form of fibre composite materials is characterised by the following method steps: - production of a knitted fabric (1) by means of a knitting machine (38), - subsequent treatment of the fabric (1) in a sonochemical reactor using an ultrasonic homogenizer (2, 3, 4), treatment of the fabric (1) with ultrasound and application of nanoparticles to the surface of the fabric (1), - drying of the fabric (1) and interruption of contact points in the fabric (1) by means of a vibratory system (16), - chemical metallization of the fabric (1) in the following sequence: neutralization, chemical activation, chemical metallization, redox reaction and chemical neutralization, wherein the fabric (1) is guided by means of tensioning rollers (7) through, out and into the tanks (22, 23, 24, 25, 26) and in addition rollers and a vibratory system in the tanks (24, 25) act on the fabric (1), - the fabric subsequently undergoes electroplated metallization (1), followed by electroplated neutralization, - the knitted yarn (31) is then pulled out of the fabric (30), heated and gauged by rollers (32), and wound on a bobbin (34) as a finished product.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et l'installation associée permettant la mise en œuvre dudit procédé pour la fabrication de fibres et de filaments conducteurs à partir de fibres naturelles et synthétiques. Ce procédé pour la fabrication de fibres et de filaments conducteurs à partir de fibres naturelles et synthétiques sous la forme de matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres est caractérisé par les étapes suivantes consistant à : - fabriquer un tissu tricoté (1) au moyen d'une machine à tricoter (38), - puis traiter le tissu (1) dans un réacteur sonochimique au moyen d'un homogénéisateur à ultrasons (2, 3, 4), traiter le tissu (1) aux ultrasons et appliquer des nanoparticules sur la surface du tissu (1), - sécher le tissu (1) et interrompre les zones de contact dans le tissu (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un système vibratoire (16), - réaliser une métallisation chimique du tissu (1) dans l'ordre suivant : neutralisation, activation chimique, métallisation chimique, réaction d'oxydo-réduction, neutralisation chimique, le tissu (1) étant guidé sur des poulies de tension (7) à travers des cuves (22, 23, 24, 25, 26), à partir et à l'intérieur de ces dernières, des rouleaux ainsi qu'un système vibratoire (19) agissant en outre sur le tissu (1) dans les cuves (24, 25), puis réaliser une métallisation galvanique du tissu (1) suivie par une neutralisation galvanique, - retirer le tissu tricoté (31) du tissu (30) et le chauffer et le calibrer par l'intermédiaire de rouleaux (32) puis l'enrouler en tant que produit fini sur une bobine (34).
(DE) Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren und die dazugehörige Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zur Herstellung von leitfähigen Fasern und Filamenten aus Natur- oder Kunstfasern zu schaffen. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von leitfähigen Fasern und Filamenten aus Natur- oder Kunstfasern in Form von Faserverbundwerkstoffen ist durch folgende Verfahrensschritte gekennzeichnet : - Herstellung eines gestrickten Geweben (1) mittels einer Strickmaschine (38), - anschließende Behandlung des Gewebes (1) in einem sonochemischen Reaktor unter Nutzung eines Ultraschallhomogenisators (2, 3, 4) und Behandlung des Gewebes (1) mit Ultraschall und Aufbringung von Nanopartikel auf die Oberfläche des Gewebes (1), - Trocknung des Gewebes (1) und Unterbrechung von Kontaktstellen im Gewebe (1) durch ein Vibrationssystem (16), - chemische Metallisierung des Gewebes (1) in der Reihenfolge Neutralisierung, chemische Aktivierung, chemische Metallisierung, Redoxreaktion, chemische Neutralisation, wobei das Gewebe (1) über Spannrollen (7) durch, aus und in die Wannen (22, 23, 24, 25, 26) geführt wird und in den Wannen (24, 25) zusätzlich Walzen und ein Vibrationssystem (19) auf das Gewebe (1) wirken, und anschließend erfolgt eine galvanische Metallisierung des Gewebes (1) und gefolgt von der galvanischen Neutralisation, - aus dem Gewebe (30) wird anschließend das gestrickte Garn (31) aus dem Gewebe (30) gezogen und durch Walzen (32) erhitzt und kalibriert und auf eine Spule (34) als Endprodukt gewickelt.
