Abstract:
(EN) A self-wastewater-treatment environmental gasifier (3). The self-wastewater-treatment environmental gasifier (3) is provided with multiple nozzles (4). The self-wastewater-treatment environmental gasifier (3) further comprises a wastewater tank (1) and a wastewater pump (2), the wastewater tank (1) being used for collecting wastewater from an entire gasification system of the self-wastewater-treatment environmental gasifier (3), and one end of the wastewater pump (2) being connected to the wastewater tank (1) and the other end being connected to at least one of the nozzles (4), and the wastewater pump (2) being used for injecting the wastewater from the wastewater tank (1) into the gasifier (3) through the at least one nozzle (4). Content of organic materials and content of possible pulverized coal solid particles are both relatively high in the wastewater. By recycling the wastewater from the entire gasification system of the gasifier to a chamber of the gasifier for combustion, the organic materials and the possible pulverized coal solid particles in the wastewater are utilized, the yield of coal gas is increased, costs of wastewater treatment are reduced, and wastewater recycling is realized.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un gazéifieur environnemental à auto-traitement des eaux usées (3). Le gazéifieur environnemental à auto-traitement des eaux usées (3) est doté de multiples buses (4). Le gazéifieur environnemental à auto-traitement des eaux usées (3) comprend en outre un réservoir d'eaux usées (1) et une pompe d'eaux usées (2), le réservoir d'eaux usées (1) étant utilisé pour recueillir des eaux usées à partir de la totalité d'un système de gazéification du gazéifieur environnemental à auto-traitement des eaux usées (3) ; une extrémité de la pompe d'eaux usées (2) étant reliée au réservoir d'eaux usées (1) et l'autre extrémité étant reliée à au moins l'une des buses (4) ; et la pompe d'eaux usées (2) étant utilisée pour injecter les eaux usées à partir du réservoir d'eaux usées (1) dans le gazéificateur (3) à travers la ou les buses (4). La teneur en matières organiques et la teneur en particules solides de charbon pulvérisé éventuelles sont toutes deux relativement élevées dans les eaux usées. En recyclant les eaux usées à partir de la totalité du système de gazéification du gazéifieur vers une chambre du gazéifieur pour la combustion, les matières organiques et les éventuelles particules solides de charbon pulvérisé dans les eaux usées sont utilisées, le rendement de gaz de houille est augmenté, les coûts de traitement des eaux usées sont réduits, et un recyclage des eaux usées est réalisé.
