Title: LNG FUELING STATION EMPLOYING BOG ENERGY STORAGE AND PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL
Abstract:
An LNG fueling station employing BOG energy storage and pressure differential comprises: an LNG lorry (1); a pressure-boosting vaporizer (2); a cryogenic LNG tank (12); a gas-fueling apparatus (14); and an LNG liquid-fueling machine (22). An LNG inlet pipe (26) and a BOG discharge pipe (27) are disposed between the gas-fueling apparatus (14) and the LNG liquid-fueling machine (22). The LNG liquid-fueling machine (22) is connected, via a first BOG recycling channel (28), to a BOG heater (20), the cryogenic LNG tank (12) and an inlet pipe (23). The BOG heater (20) is connected to a BOG buffer tank (19). The BOG buffer tank (19) is connected to a BOG compressor (16). The BOG compressor (16) is connected to a BOG storage tank (15). The BOG storage tank (15) is connected, via a second channel (30), to the inlet pipe (23) and the first BOG recycling channel (28), respectively. The cryogenic LNG tank (12) is connected to the BOG heater (20) via a second BOG recycling channel (29). By using connection channels and a stop valve, the fueling station requires no cryogenic submerged pumps and complementary heat insulation pump sumps, thereby saving facility costs. Moreover, using the BOG compressor to recycle and store a BOG having a certain pressure saves operation costs of a fueling station while realizing re-liquefaction of the BOG in a cryogenic tank, thereby minimizing BOG emission, saving energy, and reducing environmental pollution.
