Abstract:
(EN) A pixel unit driving circuit and method, and a display device. In panel design, by alternatively using NMOS transistors and PMOS transistor switch pixel elements on odd or even lines on scanning lines, and using alternatively using NMOS transistors and PMOS transistors on the horizontal and/or vertical directions on switch pixel elements connected to scanning lines (Gi~Gi+4) and data lines (Dj~Dj+4), and combining a scanning timing sequence and a high and low level time sharing scanning technology, a voltage difference between the data lines and a pixel electrode is alternatively changed between positive and negative, so as to alleviate vertical crosstalk generated by a parasitic capacitance between the data lines and the pixel electrode.
(FR) L'invention concerne un circuit et un procédé de commande d'unité de pixel, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'affichage. Dans la conception d'un panneau, grâce l'utilisation en alternance d'éléments de pixels à commutateur à transistors NMOS et transistor PMOS sur des lignes impaires ou paires sur des lignes de balayage, l'utilisation en alternance de transistors NMOS et de transistors PMOS sur les directions horizontale et/ou verticale sur les éléments de pixels à commutateur connectés aux lignes de balayage (Gi~Gi+4) et aux lignes de données (Dj~Dj+4) et la combinaison d'une séquence de synchronisation de balayage et d'une technologie de balayage à partage de temps de haut et de bas niveau permettent l'alternance entre le positif et le négatif d'une différence de tension entre les lignes de données et une électrode de pixel, de façon à réduire la scintillation verticale générée par une capacité parasite entre les lignes de données et l'électrode de pixel.
(ZH) 一种像素单元驱动电路、驱动方法及显示装置。通过面板设计扫描信号线奇偶行交替采用NMOS管、PMOS管开关像素元件,并且扫描信号线(Gi~Gi+4)和数据线(Dj~Dj+4)连接的开关像素元件水平和/或垂直交替采用NMOS管PMOS管,结合扫描时序,可通过高低电平分时扫描技术,实现数据线和像素电极之间的电压差在正和负之间交替改变,改善数据线和像素电极之间的寄生电容而引起产生的垂直串扰。
