Abstract:
A composite material and a preparation method therefor. The composite material is applicable to housings of electronic devices and comprises a deformation resistant material layer (101) and an anodically oxidizable material layer (102), wherein the deformation resistant material layer (101) and the anodically oxidizable material layer (102) are metallurgically bonded or solid-phase bonded, and the thickness of the bonding area is less than or equal to 0.5 mm; the material of the deformation resistant material layer (101) has a yield strength of 300-1500 MPa and an elasticity modulus of 65-300 GPa; the material of the deformation resistant material layer (101) comprises at least one of an aluminum alloy material, an aluminum-based composite material, a stainless steel material, an alloy steel material, an amorphous alloy material, a magnesium alloy, or a magnesium-based composite material. The anodically oxidizable material layer on the surface of the composite material enables the composite material to be colored up by means of anodic oxidization, thereby forming effective, even, and abundant colors. In addition, the deformation resistant material layer enables the composite material to have high yield strength and high elasticity modulus, thereby ensuring that the composite material is not easily bent.
