Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing L-ornithine by whole-cell biotransformation using recombinant Bacillus subtilis, wherein the method comprises constructing Bacillus subtilis 168 engineering bacteria which express arginase originated from Bacillus cereus, and then using the engineering bacteria as a biocatalyst, and using L-arginine as a substrate, the L-ornithine being produced in a conversion method in which the substrate L-arginine is fed in in a batch feeding mode.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de L-ornithine par biotransformation de cellules entières au moyen d'un Bacillus subtilis recombiné. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à construire Bacillus subtilis 168 par génie génétique de bactéries qui expriment l'arginase provenant de Bacillus cereus, et à utiliser ensuite les bactéries génétiquement modifiées en tant que biocatalyseur, et à utiliser la L-arginine en tant que substrat, la L-ornithine étant produite dans un procédé de conversion dans lequel la L-arginine substrat est alimentée selon un mode d'alimentation par lots.
(ZH) 提供了一种利用重组枯草芽孢杆菌全细胞转化生产L-鸟氨酸的方法,包括构建表达来源于Bacillus cereus的精氨酸酶的Bacillus subtilis 168工程菌,然后以此工程菌作为生物催化剂,以L-精氨酸作为底物,采用分批补加底物L-精氨酸的方法进行转化法生产L-鸟氨酸。
