Abstract:
(EN) A COA type liquid crystal panel. In each pixel unit of a lower substrate (1), boundaries, in all directions, of a color resist layer (15) are disposed on inner sides of frame electrodes (171) and a common electrode line (12), so that the color resist layer (15) is not disposed between the frame electrodes (171) and the common electrode line (12), and accordingly the vertical distance between the frame electrodes (171) and the common electrode line (12) is shortened, and a large storage capacitor is ensured, thereby improving display quality of the COA type liquid crystal display panel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau à cristaux liquides de type COA. Dans chaque unité de pixel d'un substrat inférieur (1), des limites, dans toutes les directions, d'une couche de réserve colorée (15) sont disposées sur des côtés internes d'électrodes de trame (171) et d'une ligne d'électrode commune (12), de telle sorte que la couche de réserve colorée (15) n'est pas disposée entre les électrodes de trame (171) et la ligne d'électrode commune (12), et en conséquence la distance verticale entre les électrodes de trame (171) et la ligne d'électrode commune (12) est raccourcie, et un grand condensateur de stockage est assuré, ce qui permet d'améliorer la qualité d'affichage du panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides de type COA.
(ZH) 一种COA型液晶面板,通过在下基板(1)的每个像素单元中,将彩色光阻层(15)在各方向上的边界均设于边框电极(171)与公共电极线(12)的内侧,使得边框电极(171)与公共电极线(12)之间不再设置彩色光阻层(15),从而缩短了边框电极(171)与公共电极线(12)之间的垂直距离,保证一个较大的存储电容,进而提高COA型液晶显示面板的显示品质。
