Title: ONE-DIMENSIONAL PRECISION POSITIONING PLATFORM HAVING LARGE RANGE OF MOTION
Abstract:
A one-dimensional precision positioning platform having a large range of motion (100) comprises a housing (1), a cross roller guide rail (2) disposed at one side of the housing (1) and a piezoelectric ceramic member (3) and an elastic member (4) disposed in the housing (1). The cross roller guide rail (2) comprises a mover guide rail (21) and stator guide rails (22) oppositely disposed at two sides of the mover guide rail (21), the stator guide rails (22) and the mover guide rail (21) are disposed in parallel, and the stator guide rails (22) are fixed to the housing (1). The housing (1) is provided with an accommodating cavity (11) accommodating the piezoelectric ceramic member (3) and elastic member (4), and a first fastening member (61) and a second fastening member (62) are also disposed in the accommodating cavity (11). The first fastening member (61) and second fastening member (62) are capable of moving in the accommodating cavity (11) in a longitudinal direction of the mover guide rail (21). In the longitudinal direction of the mover guide rail (21), the piezoelectric ceramic member (3) has one end pressing against the first fastening member (61) and the other end pressing against the second fastening member (62). The mover guide rail (21) is fixed to the second fastening member (62), and the elastic member (4) is fixed to the first fastening member (61). In a width direction of the mover guide rail (21), two ends of the elastic member (4) press against inner side surfaces (112) of the accommodating cavity (11). The first fastening member (61) and the second fastening member (62) are connected via a flexible member (63). The precision positioning platform (100) addresses the problems of poor step length consistency and low holding power in the existing precision positioning platforms by employing the cross roller guide rail (2), elastic member (4) and piezoelectric ceramic member (3) in combination, and using the flexible member (63) to establish the connection.
