Title: HYDRAULIC CLAMPING DEVICE HAVING POWERFUL SELF-LOCKING FUNCTION
Abstract:
A hydraulic clamping device having a powerful self-locking function comprises a base body (1). A cover body (11) is disposed on the front end face of the base body (1). Guiding square holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of a side wall of the base body (1). An oil cylinder (2) is disposed in the base body (1) in a suspended manner. Piston rods (3) disposed symmetrically extend out from the upper end and the lower end of the oil cylinder (2) respectively. The head of each piston rod (3) is connected to a front connecting rod (4) and a rear connecting rod (13) by means of a piston rod pin shaft (14). The other end of each rear connecting rod (13) is connected to a hinged support on the inner wall of the base body (1) by means of a hinged support pin shaft (12). The other end of each front connecting rod (4) is connected to an inclined wedge sliding block (6) by means of a sliding block pin shaft (5). The inclined wedge sliding block (6) is connected to an inclined wedge compression block (9) by means of a connecting spring (10) in a matching manner. The inclined wedge sliding block (6) and the inclined wedge compression block (9) are mounted together in the corresponding guiding square hole. Spring mounting holes are formed in the base body (1). Supporting springs (7) are mounted in the spring mounting holes. Support sliding blocks (8) are mounted on the supporting springs (7). Each support sliding block (8) is tightly compressed on the top surface of the corresponding inclined wedge compression block (9). The clamping device has a dual mechanical self-locking function, namely, inclined wedge self-locking and connecting rod self-locking, so that the clamping device is stable and reliable and can implement self-locking clamping of a compression force greater than 100 tons.
