Disclosed is a GOA circuit and liquid crystal display device. The GOA circuit (10) comprises a plurality of cascading GOA units (11) and a control module (12), each GOA unit (11) being for charging a corresponding horizontal scan line in a display region under the driving of a first level transmission clock signal (CK-A1), a second level transmission clock signal (CK-A2), a first control clock signal (CK-B1), and a second control clock signal (CK-B2). The control module (12) is for blocking, after the GOA circuit (10) has simultaneously charged all the horizontal scan lines, the first level transmission clock signal (CK-A1) and the second level transmission clock signal (CK-A2), such that the first control clock signal (CK-B1) and the second control clock signal (CK-B2) control gate electrode driving signals (GATE(1), GATE(M), GATE(N)) on the horizontal scan line to discharge to a predetermined power level. The above method avoids generation of an extra pulse signal on a horizontal scan line before output of a first gate electrode drive signal (GATE(1)) after the GOA circuit has simultaneously charged all the scan lines, thereby ensuring normal operation of the GOA circuit (10).

Le circuit GOA (10) comprend une pluralité d’unités GOA en cascade (11) et un module de commande (12), chaque unité GOA (11) étant destinée à charger une ligne de balayage horizontale correspondante dans une région d’affichage sous le pilotage d’un signal d’horloge d’émission de premier niveau (CK-A1), d’un signal d’horloge d’émission de second niveau (CK-A2), d’un premier signal d’horloge de commande (CK-B1), et d’un second signal d’horloge de commande (CK-B2).
