Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a system and a method capable of generating and dissipating heat inside a particular submarine equipment by applying electric power, in order to aid in the remediation and control of hydrates which might have been formed inside the equipment, effectively dissociating the hydrates. The system is specially suitable for use in fluid discharge submarine equipments in the oil and gas industries, and comprises a cavity (B) which is filled with a suitable heat transfer fluid (I) and in which a penetrator (C) is installed, linking an encapsulated resistance (D) to a compensated hose (E) that is filled with a dielectric oil (H) and houses inner electrical wires (G). The hose (E) has an electrical connector (F) suitable for operating with a ROV at the end thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de générer et de dissiper la chaleur à l'intérieur d’un équipement sous-marin déterminé, par application d’une puissance électrique, en vue de faciliter la remédiation et l’élimination de l’hydrate formé intérieurement, l'objectif étant sa dissociation effective. Ledit système est spécialement approprié pour une utilisation dans des équipements sous-marins destinés à la mise en écoulement de fluides liés à l'industrie du pétrole et du gaz, comprenant une cavité (B) remplie d’un fluide approprié pour un transfert de chaleur (I), dans laquelle est installé un pénétrateur (C) qui relie une résistance encapsulée (D) à un tuyau compensé (E) rempli d’une huile diélectrique (H) qui reçoit des fils électriques internes (G). Ledit tuyau (E) possède un connecteur électrique (F) approprié pour fonctionner avec un véhicule télécommandé au niveau de son extrémité.
(PT) A presente invenção trata de sistema e método capaz de gerar e dissipar calor internamente a um determinado equipamento submarino através de aplicação de potência elétrica, visando auxiliar na remediação e combate ao hidrato, que tenha sido formado no seu interior, objetivando a sua efetiva dissociação. O referido sistema é especialmente adequado para ser utilizado em equipamentos submarinos envolvidos no escoamento de fluidos ligados à Indústria de Óleo & Gás, compreendo uma cavidade (B) preenchida com um fluido adequado para transferência de calor (I), na qual é instalado um penetrador (C) que interliga uma resistência encapsulada (D) a uma mangueira compensada (E) preenchida com óleo dielétrico (H) que abriga fios elétricos internos (G). Dita mangueira (E) possui um conector elétrico (F) adequado para operar com ROV em sua extremidade.
