In this biological reaction device and this biological reaction method which uses said biological reaction device, micro-nanobubbles (MNB) are included in a biological culture solution extracted from a culture tank, a filter is used to separate the biological culture solution including the MNB into a filtrate and a concentrate of microorganisms or the like, the filtrate is recovered, and the concentrate of microorganisms or the like is returned to the culture tank. Accordingly, the amount of MNB included in the biological culture solution in the culture tank can be kept high, while reducing stress and damage incurred by the microorganisms or the like, and filtration and circulation of the biological culture solution are appropriately performed. As a result, a biological reaction using the microorganisms or the like can be performed efficiently and economically.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour réaction biologique et un procédé de réaction biologique mettant en œuvre celui-ci. Selon l'invention, des micro/nanobulles (MNB) sont incorporées à un liquide de culture biologique retiré d'une cuve de culture, le liquide de culture biologique comprenant ces MNB est séparé en produit filtré et en concentré de microorganismes, ou similaire, à l'aide d'un filtre. Le produit filtré est recueilli, et simultanément le concentré de microorganismes, ou similaire, est refoulé vers la cuve de culture, ainsi les nuisances et les dommages auxquels sont soumis des microorganismes, ou similaire, sont réduits, il est possible de maintenir élevée la quantité de micro/nanobulles que comprend le liquide de culture biologique dans la cuve de culture, et le filtrage et la circulation du liquide de culture biologique sont effectués de manière adéquate. Par conséquent, il est possible d'effectuer de manière efficace et économique une réaction biologique mettant en œuvre des microorganismes, ou similaire.

本発明の生物反応装置およびこの生物反応装置を用いた生物反応方法では、培養槽から抜き出した生物培養液にMNBを含有させ、このMNBを含有する生物培養液をろ過器によりろ過液と微生物等濃縮液とに分離し、ろ過液を回収すると共に、微生物等濃縮液を培養槽に還流することにより、微生物等が受けるストレス・ダメージを低減しつつ、培養槽中の生物培養液が含有するMNBの量を高く維持でき、生物培養液のろ過及び循環を適切に行い、これにより、微生物等を用いた生物反応を効率的かつ経済的に行うことが可能となる。
